You might want to use your WiFi and if you have already tried try getting a real Internet connection :) Live streaming and radar in my storm shelter with no issues. So far no crashes...using a iPhone 4. Using the 5.1.1 software if that helps. I will say it is hard to find a good local app that works for weather but maybe they will get this one up to par.
